1. Access to Your Yard

You agree to provide safe and timely access to your yard or service area on the day of your scheduled clean. If we can’t access the property due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or other obstructions, the service may be skipped and still charged.

2. What We Pick Up

We scoop dog poop only. Other animal waste (e.g. cat, poultry, livestock) or general rubbish is outside the scope of our service unless agreed in advance.

We do not:
– Clean up excessive mud or heavily soiled areas
– Dig through tall grass, overgrown gardens, excess leaves or other debris and obstructions – please ensure the area is reasonably maintained for effective cleaning

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or rescheduling. If you’re unable to allow access on your scheduled day, please contact us and we will attempt to reschedule within the same billing period at our discretion. Missed or inaccessible services are not refundable and will still be charged.

I acknowledge that my scheduled service day and time may be adjusted due to weather, route changes, or other unexpected factors. Scooper Squad or its representative will notify me if any changes occur to the service schedule.

Scooper Squad reserves the right to skip up to a maximum of four (4) scheduled visits per calendar year, with prior notice, to account for public holidays or staff unavailability.

4. Billing & Payments

Billing is monthly, with the full month’s service charged at the start of each month. We keep a card on file for automatic billing.

– Payment is processed at the beginning of each month
– We accept credit/debit card payments
– Recurring services are billed automatically unless cancelled in advance
– Service will not continue if payment is not received by the due date

5. Health & Safety

We follow best hygiene practices and disinfect our tools between every job.

We’re happy to work with dogs in the yard, as long as they are friendly and non-aggressive.

For everyone’s safety:
– Please let us know if your dog may be territorial, anxious, or reactive
– We reserve the right to skip service if we feel unsafe due to an animal’s behaviour
– If your dog is known to be aggressive or poses a risk, please secure them during our visit

6. Liability & Insurance

While Scooper Squad takes all reasonable care during service, we are not liable for any accidental damage to property, landscaping, or pets unless required under Australian Consumer Law. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any specific access instructions, hazards, or known risks on the property.

Scooper Squad holds public liability insurance to cover accidental damage or injury caused during the course of our services. If you would like proof of insurance, please contact us at hello@scoopersquad.com.au.

7. Pricing Adjustments

To ensure the continued quality and sustainability of our services, Scooper Squad reserves the right to implement price adjustments. These adjustments will reflect changes in operational costs and market conditions and are typically made on an annual basis. We will provide you with at least 30 days’ prior notice before any price increase takes effect. Your continued use of our services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not agree with the revised rates, you may cancel your subscription or service in accordance with our cancellation policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
