About this policy
Scooper Squad respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the choices available to you when you use our website or enquire about our services.
Information we collect
When you request a price, join a service-area waitlist, contact us or become a customer, we may collect information such as your name, phone number, email address, suburb, postcode, service address, number of dogs, preferred service frequency, access instructions and messages you send us.
If you enquire about NDIS-funded services, we may also collect information needed to assess and administer the enquiry or invoicing arrangement. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information or full NDIS plan documents through a general website form.
How we use your information
- to respond to enquiries and provide prices;
- to confirm service availability, route days and appointments;
- to provide and administer our services;
- to send service messages and, where you have agreed, relevant marketing communications;
- to process payments and maintain business records;
- to improve our website, customer experience and marketing; and
- to meet legal, safety and accounting obligations.
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use our website. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, referral source, device and browser type, and interactions with the website. It uses cookies and similar technologies.
Our website forms do not send the names, phone numbers or email addresses entered into those forms to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in our website’s Analytics configuration. You can learn more about how Google handles information at Google’s Privacy Policy and about available controls at Google Analytics Opt-out.
We may also use the Meta Pixel to measure website visits and the effectiveness of Facebook or Instagram marketing. Our website may use essential cookies and cookies set by services embedded in the site.
Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with service providers only where reasonably required to operate the business. These may include our website and email providers, Elementor, Google, Meta, Tawk.to live chat, ClickSend for SMS delivery, Jobber for customer and job management, Stripe for payment processing, and professional advisers. Some providers may store or process information outside Australia under their own privacy and security arrangements.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or with your consent.
Payments
Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly on the Scooper Squad website. Stripe and Jobber handle payment information according to their respective privacy and security terms.
Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal or accounting requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. You may also ask us to stop sending marketing messages by using an unsubscribe option provided in a message or by contacting us. Service-related communications may still be required while you remain a customer.

For privacy questions, access or correction requests, or complaints, email hello@scoopersquad.com.au. We will consider and respond to your request within a reasonable period.
